DUTIES OF ACADEMIC ADVISORS

1. To provide academic advice such as helping students to formulate a plan of study leading towards their graduation.
2. To Identify/monitor and supervise various groups of student in the Kulliyyah in every semester namely :
   1. Outstanding student (CGPA 3.0 and above)
   2. Good student (CGPA 2.5 to 2.999)
   3. Weak student (CGPA 2.0 to 2.499)
   4. Provisional Pass/Readmission student
3. To set up the Dean's List Club.
4. To handle student disciplinary matters.
5. To organize and coordinate student extra curricular activity.
6. To be Panel of interviewer for the readmission process when it is necessary
