Lex Talk 2019: “25 Hours a Day” by Datuk Dr. Mohd Daud Bakar was held on 7^th December 2019 from 10.00 a.m. until 1.15 p.m. at Al-Khawarizmi Hall, CFS IIUM Gambang.

This event was opened to all students, lecturers and was also joined by the Dean of CFS IIUM Gambang, Tn. Hj. Murshid Kassim, and the Director of IIUM Kuantan, Prof. Kamaruzzaman Yunus.

The talk was given by Datuk Dr. Mohd Daud Bakar, President of IIUM, and was inspired from his own book entitled “I Have 25 Hours a Day”. The talk was generally about time-management and the solutions to overcome the problems that was usually encountered by the students on self-management. Datuk also emphasized that it is possible to manage time well regardless of how busy that particular person is. This is because what is needed is just proper management of ourselves. There were also a lot of students who asked questions regarding to the topic that definitely benefited the participants of the talk.

Following the talk, Datuk Dr. Mohd Daud officiated the launching of IIUM President Book Review Competition. This competition will start in January and open to all CFS students to review selected book whether in English of Arabic. This competition is fully sponsored by IIUM President.

Alhamdulillah, the event ran smoothly as planned and received positive feedbacks from the participants.
