In conjunction wiith the Aniversary and the National Reading month in Jully,, the IIUM Library is organiiziing a Library Client Day. CFS Library will organize the following programmes at both campuses.

• Book Review Contest
• Info Hunt (2 Series)
• Exhibition
• OPAC Search for Arabic language materials competition
• Books give away

The details as follows:

1. Opens to all students currently registered in CFS Petaling Jaya.
2. Questions are based on library services and facilities, searching the library catalogue, reference collection and library information as a whole.
3. Participants must complete the answers within 48 hours upon getting the questions. For example:Questions form taken on 28/6 at 10 am should be submitted by 30/6 at 10 am.
4. Forms can be obtained / returned from / to CFS Library circulation counter (Petaling Jaya) and must be date and time stamped when taken / returned. Submission after 48 hours will be rejected.
5. Participants are free to use all resources available in the library (printed, electronic or online) to complete the task. Answers obtained from other than library resources, including the Internet will not be accepted.
6. Library staff will not provide assistance related to the questions in the Info Hunt.
7. Results will be announced at the end of July 2008.
8. Final selection of winners will be based on the correct answers given and creativity of slogan.
9. Panel’s decision is final.
