This programme is a new series programme conducted by Centre for University Social Responsibility (CENSERVE) specially during this Ramadhan.

The focus of this programme is to improve the quality of IIUM student in their personality as a leader especially who are very active with voluntary programmes through clubs under CENSERVE. This is done through a short talk and series of workshop by a talented trainer, Bro. Fazrul Ismail from Total Success Training and Consultancy.The speaker will be invited to coach and motivate the students.

Thus, this training focuses more on coaching methodology rather than training methodology which is more effective and recently used by any professional motivator nowadays.

Objectives:

i.            To improve the quality of IIUM students leaders.

ii.          To provide the student with personality management skills.

iii.        To motivate to the student to succeed in their study and voluntary work.
