ENROLMENT DAY FOR SEMESTER 1, SESSION 2011/2012

(POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS)

Date: September 3, 2012/16 Sha'wal 1433H

Day: Monday

Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Venue: Cultural Activity Centre (C.A.C) 

To enrol as IIUM Postgraduate Students, you may required to meet the following procedures:

1. Arrive at IIUM Main Campus and visit Cultural Activity Centre (C.A.C Hall)

Your offer letter will tell you when to arrive at the IIUM.

2. Payment of tuition fees 

Self-sponsored students - Please remit the payment through the bank before enroll.

Sponsored students - Please bring along your sponsorship letter

3. Complete pre-enrolment/pre-registration form

You will be given checklist form to be completed. (Your student's candidature will be confirmed upon submission of the complete checklist to the Centre for Postgraduate Studies, CPS)  

4. Proof of qualifications/qualifications on entry

Your form and the original academic credentials will be checked and verified by the appointed academicians and your pre-enrolment form will be updated as neccessary.

(Verification of original certificates is COMPULSORY)

5. In the events hall

In the Events Hall, some final details will be issued (student's kit, medical check-up slip, verification of payment of tuition fees, etc)

6. Generate ID cards

Your Student's ID card will be printed. This process should take approx 5-10 minutes per learner
