As part of the implementation of a quality management system based on ISO 9000 standard requirements, QAU has established an Internal Quality Audit Section. 

     This section is responsible in planning, monitoring and conducting internal audit exercises in the University.  The exercise is conducted according to the planned schedule for the whole year. 

     The audit will also be carried out based on the status and importance of the processes and areas to be audited, as well as the results of previous audits.  The auditors were selected from the staff of various kulliyyahs and division, and were appointed by the Rector.
