    Secure your email using SSL
When a mailbox is using standard POP3 and IMAP protocol, the username and password are sent in the clear over the internet. This means, that anyone with the ability to "listen in" on your mail client's login session with your mail server can easily retrieve your username and password as well as read your email. In addition, once they have your password, they could read your email without your knowledge or permission or they could even send SPAM email from your account, possibly getting you into serious trouble since spamming is a crime in most Western countries these days. The best way to ensure no one can get your password (at least not without going to a huge amount of trouble) is to set your email using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. This means that all data exchanged between your mail client and the server is encrypted with a digital security certificate making it [pretty close to] impossible for anyone with malicious intentions to steal your email or password.

Why I cannot received or send email ?
    The reasons are :
      • You have exceeded the quota limit of 80 Megabyte (MB). You can reduce your disk space usage by :
        1. Deleting any emails that you no longer require. By deleting emails in INBOX, Sent Items and any other folders, this will reduce your disk space usage, and will hopefully bring you back to within your quota.
        2. Moving your emails from the server to your local folder on the PC. You have to use email clients such as Mozilla Thunderbird, Outlook Express or any other email clients that is not web-based. Click on the link below to see how it is done :
        3. You have to reduce your disk usage to below 60 MB to re-enable the sending and receiving of your emails.
      • You have not been opening/deleting/sending emails for the past six(6) months.
        1. To re-enable the sending and receiving of your emails, open your email account and delete at least one email. After 1/2 an hour the email will automatically enabled.
