ATTENTION TO ALL UG AND PG STUDENTS.

The examination results for Semester 2, 2011/2012 had been released on June 20th 2012. It is your responsibility to check the results immediately so that you may plan for adjustment of course registration, if needed, for the following semester.

At the same time, should you feel that the marks in a particular course may not have been accurately recorded by your lecturer, you may write an appeal for the Kulliyyah to check your grade.

Such an appeal should be submitted to the relevant Deputy Deans of the Kulliyyah within one month after the release of the results.

APPEALS AFTER THE STIPULATED PERIOD WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

It should be noted, however, that this appeal is different from the appeal for rechecking of answer scripts which is not related to the issue of accurate recording of marks by the lecturer. The appeal for rechecking of answer scripts has an earlier deadline which is the end of the first week of the new semester.
