Research and development form an important part of the activities of the University. All research activities and funds are coordinated by the Research Center of IIUM.The Kulliyyahof Economics and Management Sciences (KENMS) promotes research culture among the faculty members. Apart from the kulliyyah core business i.e. teaching and learning process, the KENMSencourage the staff toconcentrate on research and development works (R&D), research collaboration and consultancy services to the industries and businesses in their areas of expertise at both local and international levels.
