A) RULES & REGULATIONS FOR MATRIC CARD

Part B, Rule 1.1 Orders of Attire for Students: Standing Order on Conduct and Attire

All students are required to display on their upper dress/shirt their respective Student’s Identity cards at all materials times whilst in University’s premises except when attending sport activities. An offence under this Order is a compoundable offence and shall be dealt with in accordance with the procedure in Rule 34 of the Student’s Discipline Rules 2004 (Amendment 2006).

 

B) REPORT ON LOST OF MATRIC CARD

1. For any loss, replacement, stolen or damaged Matric Card must be reported to the Security Unit, CFSIIUM. 2. Replacement Fee Charge – RM50.00 per Matric Card

 

C) DRESS CODE & ATTIRE

 

Dress Code for All Male Students

Dress Code for Attending Classes / Lectures / Assemblies / Formal Functions of the Centre or University / In the Library

Dress Code for All Female Students

Dress Code for Attending Classes / Lectures / Assemblies / Formal Functions of the Centre or University / In the Library

APPROVED Attire for Male & Female Students on the Campus and for Outing

 

NOT APPROVED Attire for Male & Female Students on the Campus and for Outing

Note: The circle indicates the totally prohibited items/ attire/ hairstyle during official and non-official functions

HAIR MUST BE SHORT AND TIDY FOR MEN

The length of hair should not extend beyond the collar and the hairstyle should not be unusual or extraordinary fashion. Coloured or dyed hair is absolutely PROHIBITED. An offence under this Order is a compoundable offence and shall be dealt with in accordance with the procedure in Rule 34 of the Students’ Discipline Rules, 2004

 

LENGTH OF HAIR MUST NOT EXCEED THE COLLAR
LENGTH OF HAIR SHOULD NOT COVER THE EARS
LENGTH OF HAIR MUST NOT COVER THE FOREHEAD

Note: Heavy Make-Up is Not Allowed
