Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmad Hafiz Zulkifly et. al. has been awarded ITEX Gold Medal for the invention of innovative method for producing biomedical components at the 23rd International Invention, Innovation and technology exhibition - ITEX 2012 in Kuala LUmpur from 17 -19 May 2012. The group was also awarded the 2012 Asia Invention Cup.
