Expert Profile


Dr. Sanisah Saharin, a graduate of the University of Sheffield, started her career as an engineer at the WSA Engineering Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of WSA Group Sdn Bhd, Rawang, Selangor in 2000. She was appointed as an assistant manager of QA and R& D Division at the same company in 2002. She then started her career in the academic field as an Assistant Lecturer in Department of Mechanical, Kulliyyah of Engineering, IIUM in 2004.
She obtained the Master of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering), from University Technology Malaysia, Skudai, Johor in 2007, and her Ph.D from ISAT, University of Burgundy concentrating on biofuels vaporization in 2012. Currently, she is attached as an Assistant Professor to the Department of Mechanical Engineering, and Coordinator of Engineering Internship Training (EIT) for Mechanical-Automotive Programme, IIUM.
