Dr. Maya Soetoro-Ng, maternal half-sister of President Barack Obama delivered her speech at a Dialogue on Educational Issues at meeting room, International Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilisation (ISTAC), IIUM Kuala Lumpur Campus, on 7^th June 2012. Earlier Dean of ISTAC Prof. Dr. Hassan Ahmed Ibrahim delivered his welcoming remarks to the audience.
