INTRODUCTION

The Counseling Services Department was established with important purposes for the IIUM. Its establishment was essential in realizing the vision and mission of the university in enhancin gthe development os student's potential so as to enable them to excel as individuals and as Muslims with strong sense of responsibility toward oneself and society.

Vision : To enhance and realize individual's potentials and make them balanced persons.

Mission : To be centre in developing and intergrating well balanced persons through the counseling skills in line with Islamic values.
