السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

ALL IIUM INTERNATIONAL GRADUANDS

Dear Graduands,

The Office of International Affairs would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on the completion of your study at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). We believed that you have gained a wonderful and joyful learning experience in IIUM. May the knowledge and experiences you have explored during your study will lead you to a successful career and productive life ahead.

For your information, your eligibility to hold a Student Pass/Visa including dependent pass has ceased to be active on the day you have completed your degree. In this regard, please note that students who have completed their degree, withdrawn from academic programmes or being transferred to another higher learning institution must cancel the Student Pass approved under IIUM immediately.

The Malaysian Immigration Department has urged all universities to submit the list of students who have graduated from this University Convocation. Pursuant to that, all International students who have graduated are advised to settle your academic matters pertaining to academic transcript and cancellation of Student Pass.

In addition, for those who have completed the programme, you are required to submit the following documents for the process of cancellation of visa at Visa Unit.

1. Copy of passport (front page and visa page)

2. Passport

3. Graduation letter

Your immediate action in this matter is highly appreciated to avoid any unforeseen circumstances/visa-related problems.
