Asst. Prof Dr Hanisah Mohd Noor started housemanship training at Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kubang Kerian, Kelantan in year 2000 after completing her undergraduate study at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. In 2001, she served Hospital Kuala Terengganu as a medical officer in Paediatric Department, Accident and Emergency Department and Plastic Surgery Department. Later in 2002, she served Pusat Kesihatan Daerah Dungun as a Medical and Health Officer in Klinik Kesihatan Paka for a year.
