Prof. Dr. Sher Afghan Khan is a graduated from Z. H. College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India in 1982 with a BSc.Engg. and M.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India in 1984. He started his career as a senior scientific officer at Armament Research and Development, Defense Research and Development Organization, Ministry of Defense, India from 1984 to 1993.
