Gombak, 2 May 2021. IIUM participated in the Global Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition 2021, on 13 March – 18 April, 2021. There were 570 teams from all over the world.

The IIUM team was represented by:

2. Iffah Nabiha Binti Ahmad Jailani
3. Inshirah Binti Mohd Amim
4. Qistina Tisha Binti Rosli
5. Sarah Aida Binti Mohammad Ali

The legal eagles reached the Advanced Rounds (top 168 teams from the Preliminary Rounds), and sister Amy Nor Hannah ranked 86 – 95th Top Oralist of Preliminary Rounds. After the Preliminary and Advanced Rounds, IIUM ranked 92nd , while our memorials ranked 56 – 57th .

The team was coached by Mr. Muhannad Munir Lallmahamood, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Majdah
Zawawi and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Hisham Mohd Kamal, together with other lecturers and former Jessupers. The Moot Master is Assoc. Prof. Dr. Juriah Abd. Jalil.
