The workshop aims at providing participants with the basic understanding of stress, the signs and sources of stress(stressors). Participants will be able to explore their own personal experiences of stress that has hindered them appreciating meaningful life. They will take part in various Creative Activities conducted in this 3 hour workshop (drawing, clay/play dough, music & creative visualisation)
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
- recognise the signs/symptom of stress
- identify source of stress
- distinguish the healthy from the non- productive stress responses
- choose appropriate creative strategies in coping with professional and personal challenges
