Expert Profile
Nik Ahmad Hisham Ismail obtained his B. Arts in Economics and Geography from California States University of Fresno in the United States of America. He furthered his studies in M.Sc. in Curriculum and Instructions the at University of California Los Angeles in the USA. Upon his completion of his M.Sc, he returned to Kuala Lumpur to join the Department of Education at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 1990.
Later in 1996, he continued his studies in Ph.D in Education focusing on Social Psychology in Education at the Institute of Education University College London. Upon completion of his Ph.D, he returned to IIUM and joined the Institute of Education, IIUM as the Director, Centre for Teaching and Learning. Later, he was assigned as the Director of the Institute of Education, IIUM in 2008.
Presently, Dr Nik Ahmad Hisham is a Professor at the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling and Dean, Kulliyyah of Education.
Later in 1996, he continued his studies in Ph.D in Education focusing on Social Psychology in Education at the Institute of Education University College London. Upon completion of his Ph.D, he returned to IIUM and joined the Institute of Education, IIUM as the Director, Centre for Teaching and Learning. Later, he was assigned as the Director of the Institute of Education, IIUM in 2008.
Presently, Dr Nik Ahmad Hisham is a Professor at the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling and Dean, Kulliyyah of Education.
