Dr. Zeti Azreen Ahmad is currently an Assistant Professor and the Head of Department of Communication, Kulliyyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She was a Senior Lecturer at Limkokwing University College of Creative Technology and HELP University prior to joining IIUM. She served as a Public Relations Coordinator at several non-profit organizations before joining academia.
Dr. Zeti Azreen Ahmad holds a B.HSc (Communication) and M.HSc (Communication) (International Islamic University Malaysia). She obtained her doctoral degree from Stirling University, Scotland. Her doctoral thesis was on Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility: Malaysian Perspectives. At present, she is engaged in several research projects on media and youth, social mobility study, public relations, new media and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
