Nik Noor Kaussar Nik Mohd Hatta obtained her Diploma in Nursing from Taiping Nursing College in Perak and upon completion of her Diploma in 1999, she worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. She worked as a RN in Gynaecology ward and surgical ward in Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan Kuantan, Pahang for eight years. Later, she pursued her Bachelor of Nursing Science and Master of Nursing in Orthopedic & Traumatology degrees from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2008 and 2013. Obtained PhD in Biobehavioural health science at IIUM 2019.Presently, Dr. Nik Noor Kaussar is a senior lecturer in the Department of Medical Surgical Nursing, Kulliyyah of Nursing, IIUM. Area of interest in osteoporosis prevention,musculoskeletal related disorders and women health
