Ts. Dr. Amal A. M. Elgharbawy is a notable academic and researcher currently serving as the Assistant Professor and Professional Technologist at the International Institute for Halal Research and Training (INHART), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Dr. Elgharbawy's educational background is impressive, with a PhD in Engineering specializing in bioprocessing engineering from IIUM (2014-2018), a Master’s degree in Biotechnology Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Biochemistry from King Abdul Aziz University, Saudi Arabia, where she achieved First Honor, Dean's List, and an Excellence Award.
