Dr Nur Hanie binti Mohd Latiff is currently and Assistant Professor at the International Institute for Halal Research and Training (INHART). She just reported her duty at INHART on 1st October 2019 after graduated her PhD in Halal Industry from International Islamic University Malaysia. Dr Nur Hanie graduated in Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2009 and pursue her Master degree of Science in Built Environment from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2010. Dr Nur Hanie is an active researcher in Environmental Science and landscape ecology, soil quality, phytoremediation, and renewable energy. Her current interest on Halal industry dynamically brings her to discover the Halal Lifestyle and Muslim Friendly and Hospitality especially in Halal Tourism and Sustainable Development. She also actively involved in IIUM Flagship Project such as Shariah Compliant Matrix for Humanizing Productivity. Dr Nur Hanie is an active member of International Water, Air and Soil Conservation Society (INWASCON)and Malaysia Nature Society (MNS)
