NORMALA MOHD ADNAN is an Assistant Professor in the Political Science Department at the International Islamic University Malaysia. Her background work has been in public administration, with special attention on comparative public policy and public policy implementation. Her recent interest is on government digital transformation, especially in public service delivery and capacity building for meaningful participation. She is also active in providing consultancy services for curriculum development in government digitization for undergraduate and Master courses to various public and private universities.
