Nafaizatulnananiah Hashim is a Matriculation Lecturer at the Centre for Foundation Studies, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), with more than 32 years of experience in academia and the information technology industry. She holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology (Software Engineering) from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Clarkson University, New York, USA. Her areas of expertise include C and C++ Programming, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Design and Database Systems. She has extensive experience in curriculum development and has served as the Head of the Introduction to Programming Curriculum Committee and Course Leader for various programming and ICT courses. Prior to joining IIUM, she gained significant industry experience in software development, systems implementation, consultancy, and user training through her positions at Petronas Berhad, Konsortium Jaya Berhad, Mesiniaga Berhad, Sapura Advanced Systems Sdn. Bhd., and Intec Telecom Systems.
