Expert Profile
Dr. Intan Bazilah is a Neuroradiologist and a lecturer at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She is actively involved in providing comprehensive neuroradiology services, as well as in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education and academic development within the institution.
She obtained her MBBS and Master of Medicine (Radiology) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and subsequently completed her fellowship training in Diagnostic Neuroradiology at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2023. Her subspecialty interests lie in tumor imaging and advanced neuroimaging techniques, including perfusion imaging, magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS), diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), and functional MRI.
Dr. Intan is actively engaged in neuroradiology-related academic activities at both internal and external university levels. She is a regular participant in scientific meetings and has been invited as a speaker at several national conferences. She is currently pursuing the European Diploma in Neuroradiology under the European Society of Neuroradiology (ESNR) as part of her ongoing professional development and commitment to subspecialty excellence.
