Sharifah Munirah binti Syed Elias completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Nursing) with honors from USM and her Master of Nursing Science from UM. She earned her Ph.D. in nursing from the University of Queensland, Australia, specializing in the area of psychogeriatric nursing. Her research focuses on gerontology and mental health, with particular interest in randomized controlled trials, mixed-methods research, and systematic reviews.
