This conference aims to provide an avenue for scholars, professionals and practitioners interested in marketing practices and research. Specifically, the objectives of the conference are to:

  • Provide a forum for discussions on marketing practices, issues and research from both the Islamic and conventional perspectives;
  • Support young researchers in the marketing field;
  • Foster a broad variety of methodological approaches and research issues in marketing;
  • Develop an agenda of research topics;
  • Recognise contributions to the marketing discipline;
  • Recognise the emergent marketing challenges faced by Asian and Muslim countries;
  • Provide a forum for discussions on viable marketing strategies to be adopted in marketing to Asian and Muslim countries;
