 ICCCE 2021 Submission and Registration Policies

Final Manuscript (Camera ready) -Submission Guidelines

i) Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors listed in the paper must attend the conference and present the paper according to the schedule of the conference. In the event that the presenter is unable to attend the conference for any reason, your accepted paper will not be considered for submission of the proceeding to the IEEE Xplore.

ii) At least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for the ICCCE 2021 to upload the final manuscript. The final manuscript must be prepared based on reviewers’ comments and according to the final paper format as well as IEEE PDF compliance.

 Regular registrants may upload up to two final papers & student registrants may upload one final paper. (Note that camera-ready (final) manuscript template has header as well as footer of IEEE copyright on the first page)

For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-1065-3/21/$31.00 ©2021 Crown
For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-1065-3/21/$31.00 ©2021 European Union

iii) Each registered author only can present a paper to a maximum of two (2) papers.

iv) Only papers that have been corrected according to reviewer(s) suggestion will be considered to be included in the final proceedings for the submission to the IEEE Xplore.

PDF Instructions for your Authors

 Before Creating a PDF

  • Check the appropriate copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document. If necessary, check at submission section and amend accordingly for the appropriate copyright notice.
  • Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site

First-time users should do the following:

  1.   Select the New Users - Click Here link.
  2. Enter the following:
  • 50029X for the Conference ID
  • your email address
  • a password
  1. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

 

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

NOTE: Accepted AND presented papers will be published in conference proceedings and presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Explore for further indexing.

 Submission is through EDAS (https://edas.info/N28052) and must adhere to guidelines available at the website.
