International Conference in Quantum Optics and Quantum Information (3 – 4 December 2013)

With the emergence of Quantum Information, where quantum systems become the carrier of information and thus providing for a radically new genre in the way one understands information theory, quantum optics lends itself as an important direction in experiments and realization of the various interesting phenomenon in quantum information. Quantum optics and quantum information are among the most emerging areas of interdisciplinary research in modern era covering a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from the foundations of quantum mechanics and quantum information science, through the investigation and control of fundamental physical phenomena, to new types of quantum technologies and metrology. The International Conference on Quantum Optics and Quantum Information (icQoQi) 2013 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars in the domain of interest from around the world to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Quantum Optics and Quantum Information.
