IUCEL 2018
IUCEL 2018 is an annual international e-learning carnival organised in collaboration with the Malaysian e-Learning Council for Public Universities (MEIPTA), Malaysian Centre for e-Learning (MyCEL) and Ministry of Higher Education. IUCEL 2018 will act as a platform to promote, explore, and share best practices and global expertise in e-Learning applications at all levels of learning institutions from all over the world.

Participation fee does not include accommodation, food and travelling.
Payment of IUCEL 2018 fees should be made once the abstract is ACCEPTED. The proof of payment (scanned copy of the payment slip or a letter from your sponsoring institution) must be shown during registration day.
For the conference (ILTEC), the registration form should be submitted once the letter of acceptance is issued by the Secretariat
