IIUM – LZS ZAKAT ASSISTANCE

(GOMBAK & PAGOH CAMPUS)

Dear student,

• Kindly be informed that the IIUM – LZS Zakat Assistance application form for June 2022 can be applied from the IIUM Endowment Fund (IEF) website and at https://forms.gle/J9dGpa42wk3mfs216.
• Applications are open to all full time registered students of IIUM (Gombak and Pagoh Campus).
• The applications will be processed on a monthly basis (the cutoff date is on every 15^th of the month).
• All documents submitted with the application form will be the property of IIUM Endowment Fund. Any attempt for the retrieval of the documents will not be entertained.
• Incomplete forms will not be processed.
• The applications’ data must be correct to ensure the application is valid. Any misspelling or incorrect data/ numerical digits/ information will result in the application to be spoilt.
