We wish to inform the CFS community that  Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) for KPI No.1 from the Konsesi Pusat Asasi Gambang (KPAG) , which evaluates by the end-user based on the service quality will be starting in February 2021. For your information, the  KPAG is responsible for carrying out asset management services for the IIUM CFS Gambang Campus.
