Dr. Wan Zulhafiz is an Assistant Professor at Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Dr. Wan Zulhafiz graduated with a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Aberdeen in 2016 for his thesis entitled, “Unbalanced Indemnities: A Comparative Analysis of Risk Allocation in Oilfield Service Contracts in Malaysia, the U.K. and, U.S.A”, making him among the first academicians specialised in oil and gas law in Malaysia.
