Dr. Muhammad Zahir bin Ramli is Lecturer within Kuliyyah of Science at the International Islamic University of Malaysia. Muhammad Zahir bin Ramli is a lecturer in Marine Science, with a background in physical oceanography, numerical analysis and computer simulations. He studied the engineering and obtained his BSc degrees from Tokai University, Japan in 2010 and MEng from Yokohama National University (YNU), Japan in 2012.
