Introduction
The Khutbah writing competition will be held in IIUM and students are able to submit Khutbah text related to environmental protection, particularly river issues. The winning khutbah text will be delivered by IIUM Khatib prior to the Earth Day programme.

Competition Requirements
i) Incorporate originality of content and written in English (All texts will be subjected to plagiarism check. Organizer has the right to reject plagiarized text)
ii) Incorporate environmental theme, particularly of river issues
iii) Follow standard Jumaat khutbah rules/rukun
iv) Be free from grammatical errors
v) Be written with 1.5 spacing, arial font sized 12, in 7 – 9 pages
vi) Be saved as either word or pdf document and sent to jfauzaman304@gmail.com (Please write your name, matric #, and the khutbah title on the first page of your document. Your khutbah text should start on the second page)
