MDeC continually strives to meet the industry's demand for knowledge workers and to bridge the immediate talent needs amongst other national ICT initiatives. Their on-going talent development initiatives such as the Undergraduate Skills Programme, Job Camp, Graduate Trainee Program and numerous other programs under the Industry-Academia Collaborations (IAC) is testament to their success so far.

As such, MDEC is pleased to inform their latest program under the IAC called the Industry Exposure Series. Basically, it is typically a one-hour session for MDeC to bring in some of their key and reputable industry partners to share the following information with the third year and final year graduates:

*         prospective job openings in their respective companies

*         latest trends in the ICT industry

*         brief of what their company does

This initiative would also create a platform for students to socialize with their potential employers, and to subsequently obtain an insight on the companies' respective businesses, entry requirements and to learn about the experiences of people who are currently employed there. Furthermore, this will also provide an opportunity for students to submit their resumes for jobs or even internships.

The target participants for this talk are students with ICT background however any non-ICT student who is interested to pursue a career in the ICT industry is also welcome.
