On Thursday 17 November 2011, RMC, together with AIKOL and KIRKHS, undergone a surveillance audit for ISO certification ISO 9000:2008 under Research and Publication Scope.

The audit took 2 man-days and were conducted by SIRIM auditors. The process ends in the evening.

The result of the audit found that there were no NCR (Non Conforment Report) , altough there are some OFI (Oppurtunity For Improvement).

Congratulation to all who have taken the hardship to ensuring our continued ISO certification . Well done!
