Last month, representative from CENSERVE, Bro. Mohd Khairulzain Abd Rahman, as Assistant Director of CENSERVE, accompanied with writer went to a meeting with another 10 IPT’s at Hotel Destiny, Kuala Lumpur. Along the discussion, it can be said, it is an opportunity for IPT’s to organize baktisiswa without hesitates to think about the budget.
According to MAPAN (Majlis Aspirasi Pemangkin Nasional), this funds just for the first phase where the focus area is Felda. For the second phase, funds RM15000 are given for baktisiswa in village expected to be done in June or July. It will come to conscious if the report for the first phase can convince Minister of Higher Education as the main sponsor through MAPAN for this project.
The third phase will come after and focusing on aborigine (Orang Asli). For CENSERVE, this is the greatest opportunity to launch our project. Writer has already invited a few clubs to collaborate in order to realize the first phase. Hence CENSERVE will ensure each club has an opportunity provided by MAPAN.
As been said by Head of CENSERVE, Ibu Martinelli in CENSERVIANS:
“RM15k will be given to CENSERVE to organize baktisiswa in any felda areas around Pahang if possible at the end of April or early May. CENSERVE will setup a team.”
Alhamdulillah, for those who are not selected because it’s already reached the quota, don’t worry. Pray for the second phase, InsyaALLAH. All the best to those who have been selected to ensure the successful of this programme!
