Objectives
The objectives of the workshops are:
a. To promote the understanding of desired attributes of academics in line with the ethos of IIUM, and emerging profiles of higher education landscape;
b. To create the need to nurture positive learning and working environment for IIUM Community (managers, leaders, academics, and students);
c. To enhance understanding on current practices and issues in Higher Education; and
d. To stimulate academic leaders to critically reflect and assess the role of IIUM in shaping the alternative model of higher education.
