1^ST WORLD CONGRESS ON INTEGRATION AND ISLAMICISATION OF ACQUIRED HUMAN KNOWLEDGE (FWCII-2013)

Call for Papers (in three languages: English, Arabic and Malay-Indonesian)

Given the urgency of developing alternative paradigms of human knowledge to address the acute problems of global and civilisational crises, and in conjunction with IIUM’s 30^th anniversary in 2013, the organizing committee of the 1^st World Congress on Integration and Islamicisation of Acquired Human Knowledge (FWCII-2013) at the International Islamic University Malaysia, would like to invite Muslim scholars, academics and professionals in all branches of human knowledge to submit abstracts of theirpapers to be presented at the Congress. The FWCII-2013 is going to take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 23-25 August, 2013 in shaa’ Allah. The theme of the Congress is “Constructing the Alternative Paradigmof Tawhid” with a focus on the INTEGRATION or APPLICATION of the ISLAMIC worldview, paradigm, epistemology, perspective, principles, precepts, values and norms, in the following branches of acquired human knowledge:

A)  Humanities: Studies on Religion, Philosophy, Literature, Linguistics, Languages, Arts, Music.

B)   Social and Human Sciences: Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, History, Journalism, Communication, Law, Economics and Business, Education, Management, Gender Studies, Hospitality, Tourism.

C)  Natural and Physical Sciences: General Sciences, Astronomy, Cosmology, and Geography.

D)  Applied Sciences and Technology: Engineering,Information Communication Technology, Computer Science, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Urban and Regional Planning, Environmental Design and Space Sciences.

E)  Medical Sciences: Allied Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Traditional and Complementary Medicine.

Note

An abstract (written in English or Arabic or Malay-Indonesian) should be between 300 to 700 words, and include the following information: Author’s Name(s), Designation, Profession, Institution and Affiliation, Mailing Address, E-mail Address, Telephone and Fax Numbers.

2.    تاريخ المنتدى: من 23 [الجمعة] حتى 25 [الأحد] أغسطس 2013.

3.    المكان: كوالا لمبور – ماليزيا

دعوة للاستكتاب:

يسر اللجنة التنظيمية للمنتدى العالمي الأول للتكامل المعرفي وإسلامية المعارف الإنسانية المكتسبة بالجامعة الإسلامية العالمية ماليزيا أن تدعو العلماء والمفكرين المسلمين لتقديم ملخصات البحوث التي سيقدمونها في المنتدى الذي سيجري تنظيمه خلال الأيام 23-25 أغسطس 2013. وسيكون المحور الأساسي للمنتدى: "من أجل بناء الأنموذج التوحيدي البديل"، من خلال التركيز على مسألة تحقيق التكامل أو تطبيق الرؤية الكونية الإسلامية والمنطور المعرفي والمنهجية والمبادئ المعرفية التوحيدية والقيم والقواعد الإسلامية وبثها في المجالات الآتية:­

1.    الإنسانيات: دراسات في الأديان، والفلسفة، والأدب، واللسانيات، والفنون والموسيقى.

2.    العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية: علم الإناسة [الأنثروبولوجيا]، وعلم الاجتماع، وعلم النفس، وعلم السياسة، والتاريخ، والصحافة والإعلام، والقانون، والاقتصاد والأعمال، والتربية، والإدارة، ودراسات الجنسانية، والضيافة والسياحة.    

3.    العلوم الطبيعية والمادية: العلوم الطبيعية العامة، وعلم الفلك، وعلم الكونيات، والجغرافيا.

4.    العلوم التطبيقية والتقانة: الهندسة، وتقنيات الإعلام والمعلومات، وعلوم الحاسوب، وفن العمارة، والمسح الكمي، والتخطيط المدني والإقليمي، ، وتصميم البيئة، وعلوم الفضاء.

5.    العلوم الطبية: العلوم الصحية المساعدة، والصيدلة، وطب الأسنان، والطب التقليدي والمساعد.

تنبيه: ينبغي أن يكون يترواح حجم ملخص البحث [بالعربية أو الإنجليزية أو الملايوية أو الإندونيسية] بين 350 و700 كلمة، على أن يتضمن المعطيات الآتية: اسم صاحب البحث ولقبه، اللقب العلمي، المهنة، المؤسسة التي ينتمي إليها، العنوان البريدي، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف والناسوخ.

–  الإعلام بقبول الملخص: 30سبتمبر 2012

-         تقديم النص الكامل للبحث: 1 فبراير 2013.
