The ISTAC was established in 1987 as one of the faculties of IIUM. It is a research and postgraduate institution offering degrees in Islamic civilization and Islamic science. Located at Persiaran Duta, Kuala Lumpur, this campus consists of a main administration and academic building, a library, a mosque and a conference hall.
