Promotion and Publication Section
1. Promotion
- Assist KCDIs in promoting their events i.e. conferences, seminars, workshops and other activities in IIUM through media agencies
- Promote IIUM through media agencies and printed media (locally & internationally)
- Monitor the implementation of Corporate Identiry Manual in promotion materials produced by KCDIs
2. IIUM Website
- Monitor the IIUM website
- Update and maintain the main content of IIUM website
3. Corporate Publication
- Responsible in producing IIUM Annual Report, IIUM Convocation Material (i.e. programme book, invitation card, car sticker, backdrop, etc.), Corporate Card (i.e. Raya Greeting Card) and IIUM Diary and Calendar, University Gazette, etc.
- Advise KCDIs in using the Corporate Identity Manual (CIM) in all publications
4. Media Relations
- As the media representative of IIUM (locally and internationally)
- Plan for media activities for IIUM
- Monitor the news of IIUM
- Involve in handling the Crisis Management
- Plan for media activities i.e. working visit to media agencies, media gathering and etc.
5. Corporate Advertisement
- Establish the concept of design in accordance to IIUM Vision and MIssion
- Responsible in producing the Corporate Advertisement of IIUM
6. Other Activities
- Organise trainings which are related to media activities i.e. workshop, seminar, short course to KCDIs and IIUM students
