Administration and Finance Unit
THE FUNCTION OF THE UNIT
- To assist the administration of Sports and Recreational Centre, Varsity teams and sports clubs of the university
- To plan and coordinate all financial matters including quotation, procurement, purchasing, payment to creditors and suppliers.
- To manage records personnal files and general files
- Preparing the non personnel budget for SnRC. Monitoring the monthly and yearly budget (non - personnel)
- To manage human resource, office administration and staff welfare and discipline
- Maintaining and up-keeping of office equipment/Office furniture (Fixed Assets) for SnRC
- To plan and coordinate training for SnRC staff
