THE FUNCTION OF THE  UNIT

  • To assist the administration of Sports and Recreational Centre, Varsity teams and sports clubs of the university 
  • To plan and coordinate all financial matters including quotation, procurement, purchasing, payment to creditors and suppliers. 
  • To manage records ­personnal files and general files 
  • Preparing the non personnel budget for SnRC. Monitoring the monthly and yearly budget (non - personnel) 
  • To manage human resource, office administration and staff welfare and discipline 
  • Maintaining and up-keeping of office equipment/Office furniture (Fixed Assets) for SnRC 
  • To plan and coordinate training for SnRC staff
