Expert Profile


I joined the Centre for Foundation Studies at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) on July 2007, and the Department of Fundamental and Inter-Disciplinary Studies at IIUM main campus on September 2015. The courses I have taught at IIUM include Ethics & Fiqh For Everyday Life, Ethics and Fiqh of Contemporary Issues, Islam, Knowledge & Civilization, The Islamic Worldview, The Islamic Worldview, Knowledge and Civilization, Basic Themes of Al-Qur’an, Intro. to Islamic Revealed Knowledge, and Religions in Malaysia. Currently, I am working on a project on The Influences of Islamic Civilization on Malay Muslim Women and Their Contributions in Malay Archipelago.”
