Dr Joharry has 26 years of experience in education at all levels as a teacher, researcher, manager and consultant. His professional training and research have been in the areas of Educational Psychology, Assessment (Testing & Measurement), and Statistical Data Analyses. His current interest is in Scale Theory that includes Rasch Model Measurement. He has also written several research articles on School-Based Assessment in refereed journals.
