Expert Profile


In July 2002, she started her career in academia at the Kulliyyah of Architecture and Environmental Design (KAED), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She has taught several courses such as Principles of Measurement for Building Works, Principles of Estimating for Building Works, Construction Business, Strategic Management of Construction Business and Research Method for the Built Environment. She has also supervised a number of postgraduate and undergraduate students on various research topics but mostly related to her research interests that are Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour and Ethics in Construction.
She has held administrative and academic leadership positions including Head of Quantity Surveying Department, Member of Academic Board, Academic Advisor, Practical Training Coordinator and Internal Reviewer for the Bachelor of Quantity Surveying programme. She is currently the Internal Auditor and Member of Examination Committee.
