Expert Profile


Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Salihi begun his career as a lecturer in the Department of Computational and Theoretical Physics, Kulliyyah of Science, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2003.
His current research is on the analysis of Discrete Nonlinear Schrödinger Equation which is the master model of many physical and dynamical systems, es pecially in optics and matter-wave interaction. This is in collaboration with a research group in the Physics Department led by Professor Fatkhulla Abdullaev. Previously, his research was on the coastal-ocean numerical modeling.
