Fatin Zahida binti Abu Hassan obtained her BSc (Hon) in architecture and her MSc in Built Environment, both from IIUM. Upon completion of her BSc, she pursued her MSc in Built Environment. Whilst working on her Master's, she had presented a few papers in conferences, locally and internationally. She also participated in university level research and poster competition related to her field of study.
While finishing her MSc, she worked in an Architectural firm in Kuala Lumpur before deciding to join CFS IIUM in 2014 as a matriculation teacher in the Department of Architecture and Environmental Design.
